Linocut -Beginnings
Linocut is a printmaking technique where a design is cut in relief of a piece of soft linoleum and then rolled with ink and pressed onto paper or fabric.
In this class we will look into the history of linocut by exploring artists, different techniques, and then create our own linocut block and print on card stock, ready to frame.
All supplies will be provided for this class, including 2 take home blocks and your printed masterpieces!
