Kundalini Yoga uses exercise, stretches, mantra, and breath to awaken and emphasize the spiritual potential in all of us. It helps us maintain balance, reduce stress, and see the world with a deeper awareness.

Each hour class will include a yoga set (kriya), cool down period (savasana), and meditation.

Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, and water.
